Teaching & Adjudication - Collegiate Teaching
The college years.
One thing, inevitably, leads to another.
where it started
Once Upon a Time…
Ashley was entrusted with her own dance class at her hometown studio at just 14. In 2014, two years after graduating college, she stepped into the classroom at Wagner College, covering the final six weeks of Movement for the Actor I and II when a senior faculty member underwent an emergency appendectomy. Her Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) training and teaching assistantship with the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies grew into a full-load adjunct professor position at just 24. Some might call it fate, but Ashley DeLane simply couldn't imagine doing anything else with her life!
