About Ashley DeLane...

Ashley was raised in Louisville, Kentucky where she grew up in everything musical theatre. She started performing at a young age and found her love for the arts which influenced her decision to attend the Youth Performing Arts School for high school as a Dance Major/ Musical Theatre Minor where she graduated in 2008.

Ashley then went on to Wagner College (Staten Island, NY) where she received her B.A. in Theater Performance and a Dance Minor. She graduated as a CMA (Certified Movement Analyst) from the Laban and Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies in 2013. Recently, Ashley became a certified YogaTune Up teacher working with myofascial release and corrective movement. In Spring 2018 she graduated from Arizona Still University with her Masters in Science majoring in Kinesiology (rehabilitation and corrective exercise concentration).

The last 4 years she has been a Professor at Wagner College teaching a variety of classes including Movement for the Performer I/II, Stretch and Fitness, Introduction to Acting, Jazz III/IV, Ballet I/II, Musical Theatre Dance, and Musical Theatre Styles. She has choreographed a variety of Musicals and performed regionally.

With a love for somatic practices, dancing, singing, acting, film, and choreography she is excited to continually fuse all of this education together teaching, choreographing and performing.
